Cost Estimatrix agrees to produce a digital “estimate” document with the work description set forth in the Invoice sent via email.

50% down payment and 50% payment before final submission.

Cost Estimatrix will provide QTO (Quantity Take-Off) & MTO (Material Take-Off).

Standard pricing will be used using standard price data like RS Means Database, but we prefer our clients to input their own prices. Clients can also alter prices based on experience in our submitted Excel sheet.

The quantities, numbers, scope, or any other information contained in the estimate document will have been compiled to the best of our knowledge. By utilizing or deriving any of the information contained in the final “estimate” document described above, you accept the information and quantities as accurate and waive any rights to any claims for errors in information. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate drawings and scope of work. Cost Estimatrix does not warranty any of the information contained in the “estimate” document.

Submission date will be revised if the client doesn’t pay 50% down payment within the proposal date.

Cost Estimatrix will not be responsible for any late submission of the project if the client delays final 50% payment.

Time for dealing with queries is only 2 days after final submission, after which no query will be dealt.

After the final submission, any addition or addenda will be charged separately if requested.

Cost Estimatrix will charge separately if the color-coded Take-Off Blueprints from software are requested, or for filling out bid forms.
