Cost Estimatrix produces digital estimation deliverables conforming strictly to the project scope and drawing sets identified on the official service invoice.

Commercial engagements require a 50 percent initial deposit upon project commencement, with the remaining 50 percent balance due prior to final deliverable transfer.

Standard deliverables include itemized Quantity Takeoff (QTO) and Material Takeoff (MTO) spreadsheets organized by CSI MasterFormat divisions.

Estimates integrate verified regional pricing datasets such as RSMeans. Clients retain full editing freedom to modify individual labor rates and material unit costs directly within our editable Excel workbooks.

Calculations, item counts, and scope delineations are developed with professional diligence based on client-furnished architectural and engineering documents. Clients carry responsibility for providing complete, up-to-date drawings and project specifications.

Agreed delivery schedules commence upon receipt of the initial deposit and verified drawing documents.

Timely milestone payments maintain uninterrupted estimating schedules and prevent project release delays.

Post-delivery technical queries and drawing scope clarifications are supported within two business days following package submission.

Subsequent drawing revisions, design addenda, or scope adjustments received after initial project delivery are quoted separately as expedited amendments.

Specialized items such as color-coded digital blueprint markups or bespoke owner tender forms are readily available upon request as specialized add-on options.
